US Orders: Processing takes 3-5 business. Any delays will be announced via our Twitter and banner at the top of the store's page. Please advise if you have notice any shipping issues within 30 days of your purchase and we will do what we can to re-ship or refund your order by our discretion. Any issues reported outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted.
CAN Orders: Processing takes 5-7 business days. Any delays will be announced via our Twitter and banner at the top of the store's page. Please be aware, you may be responsible to pay for customs for your order. Please advise if you have notice any shipping issues within 30 days of your purchase and we will do what we can to re-ship or refund your order by our discretion. Any issues reported outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted.
Currently, the shipping company allowed for our store ( UPS ) is the lowest priced option we have experimented with.
However, please be aware that your order may be subject to import fees and customs brokerage frees that are beyond Orange Kitty House's control.

Orders outside of USA / CAN: Due to increasing prices of shipping, VAT, packaging laws, and reoccurring shipping issues, Orange Kitty House will not offer sales directly to customers outside of Canada and the United States.
While we cannot recommend any specific proxy companies, we would advise to research shipping-proxies for any order made for your location if needed. We will continue to monitor the situation, and if a change arises, we will update customers via social media and store announcements.
